A retired racing driver and his household have survived a airplane crash within the US state of Tennessee.
Former Nascar driver Dale Earnhardt Jr, his spouse and daughter escaped with out critical damage, officers stated.
The airplane ran off the runaway and caught hearth after touchdown at Elizabethton Municipal Airport at 15:40 native time (19:40 GMT) on Thursday.
