Police in Pennsylvania had their arms full Saturday with a suspect who needed to be arrested twice, in accordance with experiences.
Officers initially arrested Monica Nicole Christian, 31, after responding to experiences of squatters in a neighborhood in Rochester Township, close to Pittsburgh.
